2. Order Cancellations (Products)
Digital Products
- Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or accessed
- If the product is not delivered, users may request cancellation and refund
Physical Products
- Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and return policies will apply
- Sellers are responsible for managing cancellations and returns
3. Service Booking Cancellations
- Users can cancel bookings within the cancellation window defined by the seller
- If no specific window is defined, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund
- No-shows are not eligible for cancellation or refund
- If a seller cancels a booking, the user is eligible for a full refund
4. Subscription Cancellations
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing but will not affect the current billing cycle
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period unless stated otherwise

- Biolojee reserves the right to cancel any order, booking, or account in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Biolojee may intervene in disputes and make final decisions where required
